I have pt all the information of my fitbit on 365 but I don't see any syncing information
B - I can confirm that you have a Fitbit account successfully connected, however, there is no step data on the account. If you use the Fitbit mobile app, you will need to ensure that you are physically opening that app each day and allowing your Fitbit tracker to sync with your Fitbit account. Once your steps are on your Fitbit account, they will be send to Go365 within 24-48 hours.

You can connect your Fitbit account to Go365 by clicking "Manage activity trackers" from your Go365.com account. Once on the "connect and manage activity trackers" page, you click "Connect" underneath Fitbit. It will then ask you to enter your Fitbit email and password, and allow data to be shared with Go365.

The reason that the Fitbit is connected but not showing any steps in the account is that Fitbit did an update on their programming and now IF the device syncs at all, it is very sporadic. I am looking to get a different brand of fitness device and hopefully that will work well.
I've contacted Fitbit's customer service by email, on-line chat and by phone - they have been able to resolve the issue for a day at a time but it certainly is NOT consistent syncing. I am very disappointed in Fitbit.
It appears that we are receiving your Fitbit data consistently. The more you open the Fitbit mobile app to sync your device, the more quickly your data will be sent to Go365. Keep up the great work!
