I have tried many suggestions for a good nights rest, such as Melatonin and Sleepy Time Tea, however neither seems to help. Any other suggestions? I prefer not to use prescription medications.

I have only used 5mg of Melatonin, as well as nighttime tea. Do you think 10mg of Melatonin is OK? Any suggestion is appreciated.
