My activities for all of September and October are not being recorded on the calendars. Why is this?
I apologize for any inconvenience. Are you referring to your step data? If so, I can confirm that your data is now being received again. Please ensure you are frequently opening the Fitbit mobile app on your smart phone to allow the data to sync from your tracker to your Fitbit account (most will complete this prior to going to bed for the evening). Once the data is showing on your account, it will transfer to Go365 within 24-48 hours.

I can confirm that your step data has now been received through yesterday, 10/20. After syncing your Fitbit tracker with your Fitbit account, please allow 24-48 hours for the data to transfer to Go365. Keep up the great work!
