Will using the fitbit app downloaded from Google Playstore loaded on a samsung phone be an approved device for go365?
Oftentimes you can set up the Fitbit app to "mobile track" your steps, and as long as your Fitbit account is connected with Go365, many have gotten their steps to flow over to us. This would be if you do not own a Fitbit tracker. If you do, you can absolutely connect your Fitbit account with Go365 to earn rewards.
You can connect your Fitbit account to Go365 by clicking "Manage activity trackers" from your Go365.com account. Once on the "connect and manage activity trackers" page, you click "Connect" underneath Fitbit. It will then ask you to enter your Fitbit email and password, and allow data to be shared with Go365.
How To Connect Fitbit
Once connected, you will just need to frequently sync your Fitbit tracker with your Fitbit account (or open to sync mobile track). Once your steps are displaying on your Fitbit account, they will transfer to Go365 within 24-48 hours.
Thank you. I will download the app and try it. It does seem silly to me to spend a hundred dollars-plus just to connect to a website.
It is definitely a personal preference for some, and not others. Please don't forget to redeem any available rewards prior to 12/31/19!
Will do. Reading all of these FAQs makes me wonder about even trying.
I am computer literate, not go365 literate. I have not found anything labeled as my account, nor anything that points me to manage my devices. All I can find is support for questions, not the way to accomplish the directives.
Oh, I am on chrome browser on an android tablet. I will have to get on my laptop and see if your replies are pertinent to that.
I figured it out. My bookmarked page was for community.medicare.go365.com, not go365.com. Oh well:)
I am glad to hear that you were able to access your account. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns!
