I had to replace my fitbit 1 with a fitbit how do I sync it
When obtaining a new Fitbit device, you can keep the same Fitbit account and just swap out the devices. To do so, you will have to "remove" the old device, and then pair the new one. If you would like assistance with completing this process, you can contact Fitbit directly at 866-584-7389.
