I wear my Fitbit every day and get at least 5000 steps, they never download to 365.com. What to do?

I can confirm that your Fitbit is connected, and we are receiving information. However, we are not being sent your step data.
Can you see your step data within your Fitbit account for each day? If so, you may not have allowed step data to be shared with Go365 when you connected your Fitbit account with us. To correct that, you will need to "disconnect" Fitbit from your Go365 account, and the "connect" once again (ensuring to allow all data types to be shared with us).
Okay, tried it, hope it works . Wish I understood how how of these gadgets work.

You do, great job! I can confirm that we are once again receiving step data from your Fitbit account. Now, all you have to make sure to do is each night, when you are finished walking for the day, open your Fitbit app and allow your tracker to sync.
After your steps are on your Fitbit account, they will be automatically be sent to Go365 within 24-48 hours.
Keep up the great work, and remember to redeem any remaining rewards prior to 12/31/19!
