Fitness activities near year's end, and late fall flu shots -- to cite just two examples -- are a pain to submit before Dec 31.
Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern! I can understand the frustration with the submission timeframe. Unfortunately, the deadline is set due to Medicare Law and CMS Guidelines and we are unable to change the dates for submission or redemption.
When you have your activities completed, you can also self submit them through your account on www.go365.com. Under prevention, you can view details and then submit a copy of your proof. You are also able to fill out our Go365 Medicare Workout Tracker 2019.pdf to submit your workouts closer to the end of the year. Do you frequently attend SilverSneakers?
Yes. None of that is new information. What I am telling you is that your submission timeframe -- and your website, which is glacially slow to update any qualifying activity -- needs to improve/change.

If you are referring to a flu shot or other preventive exam that is completed through your doctors office. Those are awarded on a claims basis. Once the doctor submits the claim, and the claim is processed and paid, then it will award with Go365. Unfortunately, we have no control over when the doctor submits the claim or when it is fully processed.
For SilverSneakers Fitness activities, they will be received at the end of the following month. This is due to your facility sending the check-ins to SilverSneakers and then Silversneakers sharing them with us.
