My spose & i share email when we do the 2 step verification i get in just fine but he never gets his. Is having the same email the problem?
That is a great question! Unfortunately, every member will need to have their own email address in order to verify their account. If you would like I can send you some information and we can work on getting his account cleared to use a new email address.
I set up a new email account for him.
Do I go onto his Humana site & just change his email address on there or do
