The go 365 site shows my reward gift cards have not been shipped. Which were order on Nov 11, yet on the online chat they tell me they were shipped out on the 19th. I would figure it would not take 8 days in the mail. I also see where others have posted with the same type of problems. I was also told there is not tracking numbers to see when they should arrive etc... So what do we do if we do not receive our reward gift cards. A lot of us work hard for those points to get the rewards and we really could use the extra little we get on the gift cards. I was hoping to use mine for a little holiday shopping. So if we do not receive these in a reasonable amount of time are we just out of luck?
