If credits aren't posted until a couple of months after they're earned, how do you claim credits earned in Nov and Dec, since credits not claimed by Dec 31 are deleted?
Thank you both for your concerns! You can always fill out 2020 Medicare Fitness Workout Tracker to receive credit for your activities!
Do you usually reach the 8 required workouts each month?
Well said. I am wondering the same thing. It seems our exercising in November and December doesn’t count.
Yes, I had 25 last month.

Thank you! Your Daily Workouts are showing awarded for November!
The PDF only addresses qualifying for the additional $5/month reward, but the PDF does not address how you get credit for all your workouts in December. In fact, the PDF states that you can only get the $5 credit for December if the form is mailed in by Dec. 20.
So, the question still remains unanswered: How do you get credit for all your workouts in Nov and Dec, when credits are not posted to your account until a month or two after they've been earned, and credits expire on Dec 31?
I apologize for my confusion on your question. If you are able to fill out the workout with your first 8 workouts of the month, you can send it into Go365 and it will be processed before the end of the year. It will need to be mailed in before 12/15 in order to allow for processing time.
