This has been the most frustrating experience!! Last year, a piece of cake!! I go to sign in, it immediately goes to the screen asking me to verify the device I am using. (same device I used last year!) I wait for a code in my email box, I finally get one, enter it, not valid. I have tried this over and over again. Please help me. I want to use my points to shop before Christmas!! I have tried this last night, and now have spent over an hour today.
