I had my mammagram test on Dec. 12, 2019 and it is not showing on my rewards.
Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern! What was the date of the mammogram? Currently, I am not seeing any claims for the date provided.
There is nowhere on the website that says the only ones who qualify for the Mammogram reward are women older than 40. This is the reason I was told I could not get credit for doing my mammogram back in August 2019. When I called customer service, they were unwilling to help resolve this issue. The terms are set between go365, I would assume, and Humana agrees? I was given the runaround and both company reps pointing fingers to one another when asked about who to speak with in getting the mammogram credit. A so-called “exception” has to be made. Why is this age discrimination even there in the first place? Cancer apparently apparently runs in my family and it’s only smart to begin getting checked as ‘early’ as possible (and I’m 31 years old). It’s Jan. 11th, 2020 and I’m still waiting on a response from Humana about whether or not I’ll be getting credit from a conversation in the last week of December.
I don't know why I am receiving this notice.
