Did I lose my rewards points that I had earned for 2019?
Per CMS, all activities must be completed, awarded, and rewards redeemed within the same plan year. Unfortunately, any rewards that were remaining on member accounts as of 12/31/19 were forfeited. I sincerely apologize for any possible frustration that this may cause.
There were alerts on member accounts indicating that members must redeem their rewards prior to 12/31/19. This deadline is also listed on Go365 documents.
