Why is my activity not showing up on my calendar? I called the YMCA and Silver Sneakers and Go365 and no one has resolved this issue. It was supposed to be transferred by January 4th 2020.

The SilverSneakers file is only received once per month, about a month behind. Therefore, January workouts will be received at the end of February, February at the end of March, and so on.
Due to this timing, there is an exception in place for members to call, chat, or mail their workout dates for Nov. and December. All activities must be awarded, and rewards redeemed prior to 12/31 of each year. Nothing will carry-over into 2020 from 2019, etc. I apologize for any confusion, or frustration!
