I ordered ourgo365 rewards on Dec 30, 2019, ordering gift cards for myself and my husband. I did these orders within 15 minutes of each other.  We both received email confirmation including an email with a subject line "Your order is on its way".  I received my cards early last week.  My husbands cards still have not arrived, his order status shows "Being processed."  How can we further check the location of his order?
