My Fitbit is not updating or syncing with go 360 like it supposed to. I’m not getting the benefit of my actual steps for the day.
This is a great question. As long as your Fitbit account is connected with Go365 appropriately, then steps are sent to Go365 within 24-48 hours of the member syncing their tracker with their Fitbit account.
I can confirm that your Fitbit account is now successfully connected, and we are receiving your step data. Just be sure to frequently verify (once per day is best) that your steps are syncing with your Fitbit account. Once your steps are on your Fitbit account, they will automatically be pushed over to Go365 within 24-48 hours, or less.
