When ever I try to sign in to my Pharmacy app it just shuts down. Therefore, I can not check my recent orders. I have not received a few things in my order.

Unfortunately, Go365 does not have any pharmacy information. You can reach the pharmacy department by dialing the telephone number on the back of your Humana insurance card, and following the appropriate prompts.
