I tried to link my device and I even chatted with a person on chat who said to wait 48 hrs. I have waited 96 hrs and still not showing my device. This system is the most non-user friendly that I've ever seen.

Great question! You don't do anything on the Go365 website to sync your device. All you need to do is sync your Fitbit tracker with your Fitbit account. Once your steps are showing on your Fitbit account, they will be sent to Go365, automatically, within 24-48 hours.
