I can confirm that you have a Fitbit account connected with Go365, however, we are not being sent any step data. Do you see steps on your Fitbit account? You will need to sync your tracker (that you wear), with your Fitbit account. Once your steps are showing on your Fitbit account, they will be sent to Go365 within 24-48 hours.
