I have connections to both RunKeeper and Strava but my runs do not show up in my exercise log.
Great question! I am happy that you reached out to us in regards to this.
RunKeeper and Strava only send calorie data to Go365, and the Go365 Medicare program is currently set up to award for step data, only.
I would recommend that you download, and utilize, the Withings/Nokia Health Mate app instead. After installing the app, creating an account, and allowing the app to track your steps, you can connect this account with Go365.
After signing into your Go365.com account, you will start by clicking on the "Exercise & Fitness" tab. Once on this page, you will scroll down, and choose "Connect activity tracker." You will then locate "Nokia Health" from the list (it may be on page 2), and click "Connect."
A new page will open, and you will be prompted to enter your email address and password for your Withings/Health Mate account. You will need to ensure that you are entering the correct login here, or we will not receive your step data.
Once connected, you just need to ensure that the app is tracking your steps. Your step data will be sent to Go365 automatically.
I am very sorry for any inconvenience, or frustration. I have adjusted your rewards to reflect your workouts for January-March. Let me know if you have any further questions!
*We are working to remove the other connection options from Go365, outside of the devices listed on the Medicare Device Compatibility Guide.
Thank you for this advice, it seems to be working.
Might I suggest you make a post of this information more obvious online? I searched and all I could find were complaints that trackers weren’t working and the reply that you had to submit a paper form for 2019, then nothing, not even the form, for 2020.
Thank you for the feedback!
I can confirm that we are now receiving your step data. Keep up the great work!
