I have Samsung Health on my phone . This tracks my steps. How do I link that to Go365? I downloaded Go 365 on my phone and it won't even let me even log in. It keeps saying an error occured, try again.
I apologize for any confusion, or possible frustration.
Unfortunately, Samsung Health (S Health) is not currently compatible with Go365 for our Medicare members. In order for Samsung Health to become compatible, there will need to be a mobile app experience available for our Medicare Go365 members (since S Health is just a built-in phone app, and there is not currently an app experience for our Medicare members (this is why you are receiving an error)). This is something that is certainly being discussed, as more Medicare members are beginning to utilize this type of technology.
We will be sure to keep members posted on any changes, or additions!
I would recommend that you download, and utilize, the Withings/Nokia Health Mate app instead. After installing the app, creating an account, and allowing the app to track your steps, you can connect this account with Go365.
After signing into your Go365.com account, you will start by clicking on the "Exercise & Fitness" tab. Once on this page, you will scroll down, and choose "Connect activity tracker." You will then locate "Nokia Health" from the list (it may be on page 2), and click "Connect."
A new page will open, and you will be prompted to enter your email address and password for your Withings/Health Mate account. You will need to ensure that you are entering the correct login here, or we will not receive your step data.
Once connected, you just need to ensure that the app is tracking your steps. Your step data will be sent to Go365 automatically.

I can not sign in to the go365 account!!! I told you that I get the message: Error An error occurred, try again. I set up the Health Mate account, but can not log in to the go365 account to link it.
It says for security purposes you need to sign in 1 more time on the go365 app, but then gives me the error message What is wrong with your app????
