on my fitbit I don't have the motioning the heart like I use too or tracking my steps I want it back please
fix it like it use to be at my being of the tracker with everything
I apologize for any frustration you may be experiencing in regards to your Fitbit! It appears that your Fitbit tracker has not been synced with your Fitbit account for quite a few days. Do you use the Fitbit mobile app?
If so, can you please open the Fitbit mobile app, and allow your tracker to sync with your Fitbit account?
