When I install the go365 iphone app on my phone and try to sign in it says "app not supported by my account"
The Go365 experience for our Medicare members is quite different than our experience for our Commercial members. There is not currently a mobile app experience available for our Medicare members, however, it is something that may be released in the future. We will be sure to keep members updated on this!
You can still access your Go365 account from your smart phone, you will just need to sign into Go365.com using a web browser instead. I apologize for any inconvenience!
