Where do I find information on what qualifies as a workout, etc?

If you do not have a compatible fitness device, and would like to track your workouts, you can use this form: 2020 Medicare Fitness Workout Tracker
To count an at-home workout, the minimum is 500 steps within that day. However, if you are able to complete a more vigorous workout, we would encourage you to do so (as your ability allows).
Please ensure that any completed forms are submitted by 12/15/20, at the latest. All activities need to be awarded, and rewards redeemed, prior to 12/31/2020! Let me know if you have any additional questions
