I have connected Polar. It is not showing my steps.
Great question! I am happy that you reached out to us in regards to this.
Does your Polar device track steps? Polar typically only sends calorie data to Go365, and the Go365 Medicare program is currently set up to award for step data, only.
I would recommend that you download, and utilize, the Withings/Nokia Health Mate app instead. After installing the app, creating an account, and allowing the app to track your steps, you can connect this account with Go365.
After signing into your Go365.com account, you will start by clicking on the "Exercise & Fitness" tab. Once on this page, you will scroll down, and choose "Connect activity tracker." You will then locate "Nokia Health" from the list (it may be on page 2), and click "Connect."
A new page will open, and you will be prompted to enter your email address and password for your Withings/Health Mate account. You will need to ensure that you are entering the correct login here, or we will not receive your step data.
Once connected, you just need to ensure that the app is tracking your steps. Your step data will be sent to Go365 automatically.
You can also use the 2020 Medicare Fitness Workout Tracker to track and submit your workout dates to Go365.
