I want the old tracker I had a first back this new one don't have my heart rate or my step I don't need the calorie just the steps and my heart rate when i excising
I can confirm that your Fitbit account is still connected with Go365, however, we are not receiving any step data. Please make sure that you are syncing your Fitbit tracker (that you wear) with your Fitbit account. If you use the Fitbit mobile app, then you just need to open the app when your device is near, touch and pull down on the screen. You should see the two arrows turning in the top-corner, indicating that the syncing process is taking place.

Once your steps are displaying on your Fitbit account, they will automatically be sent to Go365 within 24-48 hours.
