If you do not have a compatible fitness device that can be connected to Go365, you can manually log your steps on our Fitness Workout Tracker and send them into Go365 for your activity. For this method, any pedometer will work to track your steps.

This is Way Way too many steps to log in walking info without the right tracker for $5 a month. I consider myself very computer literate and find this concept very time consuming and user unfriendly, when it could be so much easier. I'm with hmo advantage and ordered the STRIVE tracker which was listed as acceptable devises only to find out it actually is not compatible with my plan. I was on my plan and it did not specify the difference. So I either keep it or send it back. I didn't want to pay the higher price for the other trackers. If I am having a problem with this set up, how on Earth are the seniors that do not have that much knowledge about technology going to understand this?
I switched from Blue Cross Advantage to Humana this year and have not been having many good experiences so far.
Went for a Covid antibody test April 29 and gee, still have not been able to get the results due to miscommunication. Well DPMG did not offer it so I had to go to Quest, which made it more complicated even with the doctor's order.
I'm very unhappy here. Have no choice but to stay with Humana for another year.

Is your Strive Device tracking your step data? I can see that it is connected, please let me know if you are able to see the steps listed when you log into your strive account.

Well, thank you for replying to my situation. However, it's too late. I
already did return the Strive Tracker. It did track my steps to answer your
question. To download the little tracker coupons and mail them in or take a
picture and email as an attachment is absolutely ridiculous for a $5
reward. As well, when I was awarded $10 for a test, I did choose an Amazon
gift card. Blue cross easily emailed the code to download the coupon.
Humana actually had to snail mail the gift card at least 2 weeks later.
I continue to find incorrect information on the Humana website. When I
choose a doctor in Jan, the physician I choose, I was only to be informed,
not accepting new patients as it was stated that she was, on the site. I
was literally without a doctor the whole month of Jan because the second
doctor did not go into effect until February. And I was very sick with RSV
virus 3 weeks of Jan, without a doctor. I had to go to Urgent Care.
Not done yet. So my second choice of doctor left the plan in March. I was
transferred to a partner doctor which I was not too happy about when I had
to talk to her about a Covid quarantine letter for my work. Now I either
have to stay with the replacement Doctor or look once again for a new
personal doctor, and either way request for a new Humana insurance card.
As I walk 3 to 5 miles a day, I just can't afford the more expensive
trackers, I'm just calling it a day with all this.
