Can I change where the code is sent? Can it be sent as a text to my cell phone instead of the email account?
I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with this! Due to security reasons, please contact Go365 Customer Service for further assistance. You can do so by dialing the telephone number on the back of your Humana insurance card, and following the prompts for Go365.
If you are using a Gmail account email you should look in your Trash file. It took me well over 6 months to stumble upon old emails with my verification code.
I don't have any filters set blocking these emails. Heck I don't have any filters set up at all. But once I discovered the old emails there I was able to go through the 2 step verification set up and found the new code in the Trash file. Hope that someone finds this helpful. I had given up by time I found mine. Nobody knew the answer. Good Luck.
