My account says my Fitbit is connected but months of activity aren't in my GO360 account.

Do you use the Fitbit mobile app on your cell phone? If so, please open the Fitbit app (with your Fitbit tracker nearby), and allow your Fitbit to sync with your Fitbit app. Once you see your steps on your Fitbit account, then they will transfer to Go365 within 24-48 hours. We do not receive step data directly from your Fitbit tracker (that you wear); your steps need to be synced with your Fitbit account first.
If you do not use the Fitbit mobile app, then please open your Fitbit account on your computer, and ensure that your device is synced via that method. You can contact Fitbit directly if you have any further questions in regards to syncing your device.
