No Credit for Walking Days

I spoke with a Go365 rep yesterday to find out why my Garmin Vivosmart 4 had not recorded my steps since May 10th. I was told to disconnect and reconnect the devise, which I did. Further research today indicated I should also have re-activated my iPhone Bluetooth since its recent update.  How can I receive credit for the lost walking days since May 10th?
