What exactly does go365 require to get a reward for doing a cardiovascular screening? Is it blood work? an EKG? Stress Test?
That is a great question! I can understand how that can cause some concerns for your activities. I would be glad to provide you with some more information!
All preventive screenings are based off of the medical codes that your doctor uses for billing purposes. In order for the screening to be eligible for rewards, they have to meet a specific claim code. Results from labs or the screening are not eligible for rewards. When an eligible code is processed through your Humana Medicare policy, the rewards will be added automatically.
I can see that you have already earned your rewards for having that screening completed this plan year!
Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns and I would be happy to help!
That $10 reward for the cardiovascular screening just showed up. However, now my $5 reward from my Silver Sneakers exercise for March has dropped off. What gives? You add one reward and then remove the other? The cardio screening used to be $25, but now is only $10?
Thank you for your patience! Your Daily Workouts are showing updated till June. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns and I would be happy to help!
Thank you for bringing this up to date for me.
