My fitbit isnt syncing,  i chatted w/ 5 one said to reconnect fitbit but still showing last update june1 and doesnt even show the actual steps i took. How can i get someone to help get this updated for me?

I have chatted with 5 representatives but none have helped. I told them my fitbit hasn't synced since June. One sent me a link to allow access to Humana which I did then was cut off chat another rep told me to completely disconnect my devise then reconnect, I did that then was disconnected. The 365 app is still showing last sync June 1 does anyone know what I can do to get my June steps logged?
