I don't like salads much, but I want to eat more of them! I am getting tired or just having lettuce, tomatoes, ranch, and cucumbers.
Lots of options, if you still want a lettuce based salad try a caesar salad, cobb salad, chef salad, shrimp louie or southwest chicken salad, if you are looking for "salads" there are lots more options, Waldorf salad, Coleslaw, macaroni salad, potato salad, bean salad just to name a few. As far as how to make them just do a search for the names and you will get even more options on how to fix them
The salads I make are very simple. I make a Taco Salad with cooked taco meat ,shredded cheese, salsa and beans(optional). I also make a bean salad that is low calorie that is a great snack. Canned black beans canned or frozen corn, an onion, a can of chopped tomatoes with green chilis (I use mild) garlic powder, dried cilantro,salt,pepper ,oil and vinagar to taste. Let it sit over night in the fridge. serve with pita or tortilla chips.
