I am using a Garmin vivosmart watch and have been tracking footstep for several months. Now, suddenly I notice that I am no longer having my footsteps recorded on the go365 website.
I haven't had anything recorded since July 19th. I did notice that the app on my iphone stated that Garmin was having issues and that they were working to resolve. That notice is finally gone, yet nothing has transferred over to the go365 website.
What do I need to do to get this resolved?
