Can't connect my fitbit versa to 365go
I can confirm that you have a Fitbit account connected, however, we are not receiving any step data. Please disconnect your Fitbit account from Go365, and then reconnect.
When reconnecting, please be sure that you are entering the correct email and password for your Fitbit account. To verify this, you can sign into Fitbit.com. If you sign in with the correct credentials (email and password), then you will be able to see all of your recent step data that you have been syncing to your Fitbit account. If you sign in and do not see any data, then you will know that they are not the correct credentials.
