I have been exercise at work going up the stair and walking when no need to but I connect my Fitbit but don't see how it's down loading
Thank you for reaching out to us. After reviewing your account, it appears that your Fitbit connection with Go365 needs to be refreshed. To do so, you will want to sign into your Go365.com account, click "manage activity trackers" and "disconnect."
Once disconnected, you can reconnect your Fitbit account. Just be sure that you are entering the correct email and password for your Fitbit account (if you do not connect the correct Fitbit account, then we will not receive your step data).
