After reviewing your account, it appears that your Fitbit connection with Go365 needs to be refreshed. To do so, you will want to sign into your Go365.com account, click "manage activity trackers" and "disconnect."
Once disconnected, you can reconnect your Fitbit account. Just be sure that you are entering the correct email and password for your Fitbit account (if you do not connect the correct Fitbit account, then we will not receive your step data).
