My activity tracker is no longer accepted and I will be mailing the Medicare tracker for July-September. But I want to know what the red X means in my Active Days box for July. Also, why is the GO365 app not available to Medicare members?
Mailing in the tracker is a great option! Please be sure to have all completed documents sent by 12/15, as all rewards need to be redeemed by 12/31!
The red "x" will show for months that we have not received notice of at least 8 workout dates.
In regards to a mobile app experience, it is something we are looking into as interest grows among our Medicare members. We will be sure to keep all members posted on any changes! Keep up the great work
