My appointment/ claim is showing on My Humana .....how soon after should it be before it shows up on my GO365 Rewards account?
If the completed activity is billed with a qualifying billing code, then the reward will be added to your account once the claim has been processed.
If a qualifying activity is not awarded via claims, you can upload proof of activity completion on your Go365.com account. If you had the qualifying exam, you can sign into Go365, click "Preventive Care," and then "View details" under the applicable activity. If you scroll to the bottom of the details page, you can select the date of service and upload sufficient proof of the activity completion.
