WHY AM I GETTING THE RUN AROUND.  I ATTEMPTED TO SIGN IN TO MY GO 360 ACCOUNT AND EACH TIME I GET A SCREEN STATING I NEED TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD.  ONCE I DO THAT IT TELLS ME THERE IS A TWO STEP PROCESS AND AN E-MAIL WILL BE SENT.

I HAVE TRIED THIS MULTIPLE TIMES AND HAVE YET TO GET AN E-MAIL.  I CALLED AND THE INDIVIDUAL I TALKED TO, TOLD ME TO CHECK MY JUNK MAIL - WHICH I DID BUT NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM G0365.  SHE THEN TOLD ME TO GO TO GOOGLE CHROME BUT STILL DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING FROM GO365.       THERE HAS TO BE AN EASIER WAY TO GET THE SERVICES OFFERED - FURNISHED IN AN EASIER AND LESS PAINFUL MANNER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS. 

 

YOU HAVE TO PROVIDE THIS SERVICE IN A MORE PLEASANT MANNER THAN WHAT I HAVE GONE THROUGH DURING  THIS VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
