My Garmin Vivofit 3 is not syncing with Go365. I've had it since 8/5/2020. That is the last activity that I see on my page. What am I doing wrong?
I can see how that would cause concerns with your activities. I would be more than happy to take a closer look for you!
When you use your Garmin tracker, do you manually enter any workouts into your Garmin account? Please be sure that you are wearing your Garmin tracker and not adding workouts to your Garmin account. Do you frequently sync your workout tracker to your Garmin account?

Thank you for getting back to me. I do sync my tracker with my smart
phone under Connect. I receive e-mails from Garmin Connect Summary. My
tracker does not include my steps. It also doesn't track my sleep or the
time it took to walk. I do find myself manually entering the info. When I
go to Go365 through my healthcare, there isn't any information at all. It
shows me that the last information was when I connected Garmin to the
account on 8/5/2020.
Any help would be appreciated.
