Are you referring to this website, the Go365 Medicare Community? If so, there is not a live chat option, or telephone number. We answer your questions like this, and there are several documents and links to help you self-service.
If you are referring to your Go365.com account, there is a live chat option in the bottom-right corner. You can also contact customer service directly by dialing the telephone number on the back of your Humana insurance card, and following the prompts for Go365.

It's not the Medicare page.
I was logged into my go365 and did not see live chat in the corner as was
mentioned in the email.
It used to be simple to go to the forms and log my social events and
schedule healthcare visits and get an Amazon card.
I wasted 15 minutes and never found anything

Unfortunately, it does not sound like you were successfully signed into Go365.com. Where did you run into trouble?
You can also sign into Humana.com, and then click the Go365 tab, then "Go to Go365." It will tell you that you are leaving Humana.com, and that is correct.

I have to start at Humana first. Don't know who sent the first email but it
was totally incorrect.

After you sign in for the first time (via Humana.com), you can then sign into Go365.com directly.
