My Vivo4 Smart Watch is connected to the go365 through Garmin but it says it is not uploaded? How do I upload it?

I can confirm that we are beginning to receive your step data from Garmin. All you need to do is ensure that you are syncing your tracker with your Garmin account. After syncing, your step data will be automatically sent to Go365 within 24-48 hours!
