I can seem to get to the link to add a new fitness device, only to the support section to ask a question. Can you provide the link?
I can confirm that your Fitbit account is connected to Go365, and we are receiving your step data.
Since you have already successfully connected your Fitbit account with us, all you need to do is sync your tracker (that you wear) with your Fitbit account. Once your steps are on your Fitbit account, they will automatically transfer to Go365 within 24-48 hours.
In order to access the page to manage your fitness devices, or view your activity, you need to sign into Go365.com (using your Humana.com username and password).
