I can confirm that you have a Fitbit account connected, however, we are not being sent any step data from Fitbit. Are you able to see your steps on your Fitbit account?
If so, you may have the incorrect Fitbit account connected to Go365. In this case, you would need to disconnect the account connected with Go365, and then connect the correct account.
