go365 shows that Runkeeper is connected, but also says "never uploaded" - how do I sync these devices?
We are currently working on compatible device and fitness activity submission enhancements, however, we will not currently receive/award data from devices other than Fitbit and Garmin.
If you do not want to purchase a Fitbit or Garmin, you can utilize any device to track your activity. However, you would need to manually report the data to us. You can do so by utilizing the 2020 Workout Tracker. Just be sure to submit any completed documents by 12/15, as all rewards need to be redeemed prior to 12/31.
