Thank you for your response. I am reaching out on behalf of my mother, XXXX XXXXXX, who has dementia. I do not live with her and so I cannot see the number on her insurance card.
Someone called me a couple of weeks ago from Humana and said that she wanted to set up a virtual annual doctor's visit with my mother. I have to be there because she can't do that on her own. The Humana rep said it would be on XXXXXX, XX/XXX at 9am. However, since that phone call I have nor received any written confirmation. I have not received a link, etc.
My mother lives 5 hours away from me. I need the information for that visit.

Thank you for responding. Her insurance is through Humana. I would like a phone number to reach them, if possible. If not, I'll just give up. This is so complicated that I don't know how they can expect elderly people to navigate their care. I don't look forward to getting older.
