I workout at home on a regular basis. Barring unusual circumstances, I lift weights for about 90 minutes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and then do an outside fast walk from 4.5 to 6 miles on Tues., Thurs., and Saturday. Some weekends I take Sunday off, but sometimes I get a walk in on that day also. This has been my routine for years before and after I retired. I have a Garmin GPS watch to record my mileage, but no other activity devices. Is there a way to earn rewards for my normal weekly workouts?
