I have been recording fitness events on Silver Sneakers since September 1. Nothing has ever been reflected on the Go365 side. What is the problem?
Have you been attending a SilverSneakers facility in person, or completing the virtual workouts online?
I have not seen my record for attending silver sneakers at Crunch gym for september as yet, and october is nearly over.
The check-in data is received about a month behind. We will receive September data at the very end of October, October at the end of November, etc.
Please know that you can also call or chat with Go365 Customer Service to report your workout dates
Remember to redeem your available rewards prior to 12/31!
