My fitbit was connected for many months and then recently I noticed it has lost connection with Go365. What should I do?
If you sign into your Go365.com account, you can click on "manage activity trackers" from either the home screen, or the "Exercise & Fitness" tab. You will then be brought to the "Connect and manage activity trackers" page. Here is where you can click "disconnect." After choosing to disconnect, you can refresh (or sign out and sign back in), to go back to the "manage activity trackers" screen, scroll down, and choose "Connect" to reconnect your device account.
